Unwanted display pieces, loose fixtures, shelving, cardboard, packaging and stockroom clutter. Our retail rubbish removal service covers shop cleanouts and space behind the counter.
Desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets and mixed workplace rubbish. For a move or lease handover, see office rubbish removal for lift, loading-dock and handover planning.
Packaging piles, unwanted shelving and non-hazardous rubbish suitable for hand loading. Describe larger stockroom or warehouse loads and any oversized items before booking.
A business clearout can involve several decision-makers: the manager booking it, staff using the space and the person approving disposal. Agree on the removal list first. Clearly separate items being relocated, returned to a supplier or kept for another branch from the rubbish we are collecting.
List the desks, chairs, cabinets and other pieces being removed, including anything in meeting rooms or storage. Empty drawers and cabinets. For computers, printers and other devices, have your IT contact decide what is retained and how stored information is handled before collection.
Show the packaging, loose shelving and unwanted display pieces together. Identify stock that still belongs in the business, leased equipment and items awaiting collection by someone else. Describe the material as well as the quantity; a pile of cardboard differs from a load of fixtures.
For a tenancy handover, agree what must remain with the landlord or property manager. Rubbish collection does not automatically include a strip-out or removal of fixed services. Flag attached fittings, heavy equipment and any dismantling so the team can confirm the scope before attending.

Tell us the business address, what needs removing and your preferred collection window. Include any goods-lift booking, loading-dock access, basement height limit, concierge instructions or distance from the rubbish to the truck.
Separate retained stock, equipment and confidential documents from the removal pile. Have a site contact available to show the crew the agreed items and approve the quote. If the premises are trading, explain delivery times or customer-access restrictions so the collection can be planned.
Photos help us understand the amount and type of rubbish. Flag heavy equipment, fixed fittings or anything that may require dismantling; the team will confirm whether it is within the service before attending.
Choose a collection window that accounts for staff, customers and deliveries. Share building rules at booking, including any induction, lift reservation or loading-dock allocation. Do not assume a truck can enter a basement just because a car can.
Remove confidential paperwork and data-bearing equipment from the general rubbish pile until your business has arranged the appropriate handling. This collection should not be treated as a certified document-shredding or data-destruction service.
Keep chemicals, oils, liquids and other excluded materials separate. Tell us about unknown containers or unusually heavy items in a storeroom. They need assessment before being included in any collection plan.
Walk through the agreed areas with the crew to check that the listed rubbish has gone. If extra items appear during the clearout, confirm the additional work and price before loading. Keep your own handover checklist for cleaning, repairs and other work outside the rubbish collection.

The free on-site quote considers the rubbish volume, weight, access, loading work and disposal type. Labour, tip fees, standard tolls and disposal costs are included in the upfront price. Loading starts only after approval.
For a time-sensitive handover, call with the deadline and building-access window. The team can confirm the next available pickup. Chemicals, oils, liquids, asbestos, concrete, bricks, stone, pianos, safes and very heavy specialist materials are outside the service.
