About these terms
These terms apply when you contact Junk King Sydney, request a quote, approve a rubbish removal job, or use this website. They should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Quotes and pricing
Website, phone, SMS, photo or email estimates are guidance only unless we clearly state otherwise in writing. Final pricing is confirmed after our team can assess the rubbish, volume, weight, access, loading conditions and disposal requirements.
We aim to give an upfront price before loading. If you approve the price, we can proceed with the job. If you do not approve the price, you are not required to proceed with the removal.
Same-day and booking availability
Same-day rubbish removal depends on truck availability, crew availability, traffic, location, access, weather, job size and disposal requirements. We will be honest about practical arrival windows, but exact times are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate information about the rubbish, location, access, parking, stairs, lifts, loading zones, site rules and any safety issues. You must have authority to request removal from the property and to approve disposal of the items.
Please tell us before arrival if any items are unusually heavy, fixed in place, dangerous, wet, contaminated, sharp, fragile, valuable, confidential or difficult to access.
Items we may refuse
We may refuse to remove items or materials that are unsafe, illegal, hazardous, contaminated, excessively heavy, inaccessible, not as described, or outside the scope of the agreed job. Some items may require specialist trades, licensed removal or council/regulated disposal.
Access, parking and delays
You must provide reasonable access for the crew and truck. Extra charges may apply if access is materially different from what was described, if paid parking, long carrying distances, stairs, lifts, loading dock delays or building restrictions materially affect the job.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed for the job. Unless we agree otherwise, payment is due on completion or at the time stated in the invoice or booking confirmation. We may decline future work or pause service if previous invoices are overdue.
Cancellations and changes
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. We may need to reschedule if access is not available, the job is materially different from the booking, the site is unsafe, or circumstances outside our control affect the crew or truck.
Photos, reviews and proof of work
You may send photos to help us understand the job. We may take job photos for internal records, quoting, disposal proof, training or dispute resolution. We will ask before using identifiable customer photos publicly.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.
