Green clippings or a mixed outdoor clearout?

Tell us whether you have plant material only or a mixture of green waste and other rubbish. Keeping those groups identifiable helps the team assess the load and the appropriate disposal arrangements.

Branches and trimmings

Pruned branches, twigs, hedge cuttings, leaves and grass clippings already removed from the garden. Show us the size of the pile and any larger pieces before booking.

Courtyards and balconies

Bagged garden clippings, unwanted outdoor chairs, empty lightweight pots and other suitable outdoor clutter. Mention stairs or an apartment lift when the waste is above ground level.

Sheds and backyard rubbish

Old shelving, stored boxes, broken outdoor furniture and suitable household items can form part of a mixed collection. Keep tools and belongings you still use separate.

A garden pile can contain more than it first appears to. Let us know about wire, sharp broken items, treated timber or rubbish hidden underneath branches. A photo from more than one side is useful when the load is spread across a yard.

Prepare the pickup without doing the heavy lifting.

You can leave the agreed rubbish in the garden or courtyard. We need a clear carrying route, but you do not need to drag heavy items to the kerb. Explain whether the crew will use a front path, side passage, rear gate or the inside of the property.

Show us the access

Send a photo of the gate and narrowest part of the route, along with the waste. Mention steps, a steep driveway, a long carry or a shared entrance. If a gate is locked or the garden is managed by strata, arrange access and identify who can approve the quote.

Keep different materials separate

Keep plant cuttings apart from pots, plastic, furniture and ordinary rubbish where practical. You do not need to cut or dismantle anything hazardous to prepare for our visit. Point out sharp pieces and leave difficult handling to the crew.

Describe the waste as it is

Tell us if a pile is wet, tightly packed or contains substantial branches. Photos help explain the job, but the crew checks the actual material before quoting. If a gardener will add more cuttings before collection, say so when arranging the visit.

Items that need a different service.

This is collection of garden waste and suitable outdoor rubbish. Tree cutting, stump grinding, landscaping and demolition are not included in a standard pickup. Have any gardening or tree work completed before asking us to collect the resulting material.

Soil, rubble, concrete, bricks, stone and very heavy landscaping material are outside this service. Describe large logs, stumps or root balls before booking rather than assuming they can go with a pile of leaves. We also exclude asbestos or suspected asbestos, chemicals, oils, fuels and liquids.

Do not tip chemicals out to make a container acceptable or hide unknown material inside garden bags. Keep it separate and explain what you have. The team can confirm which parts of your load are suitable for collection.

What affects the garden waste removal price?

Your free on-site quote reflects the amount of waste, its weight and material type, the carrying route and the loading work. Labour, tip fees, standard tolls and disposal costs are included in the agreed upfront price.

A loose pile of branches, bags of wet clippings and mixed outdoor furniture involve different handling and truck space. The crew assesses the complete job before you decide whether to proceed. If more rubbish is added afterwards, ask for the revised scope and price before it is loaded.

  1. Send the details

Share your Sydney suburb, photos and preferred collection day.

  2. Approve the quote

Show the crew every pile and the access route so the full job is included.

  3. We carry and load

The crew removes the agreed material and takes it away for disposal.

Use your green bin or book a crew?

For a small amount of accepted plant material, your regular garden-organics collection may be the simplest choice. Check your council's current accepted items and bin limits. Do not assume mixed garden rubbish, timber, soil or outdoor furniture belongs in the green bin.

A crew pickup is useful after a larger prune, when a courtyard contains both green waste and unwanted belongings, or when you need material carried from the property. It also avoids arranging a trailer and loading the waste yourself.

When timing matters

Tell us if the yard needs clearing before a move, inspection or planned work. Call for same-day garden waste removal and the team will confirm the available collection time. Access to every included area needs to be arranged for that visit.

After collection

Separating green material from mixed rubbish supports appropriate disposal. The team can explain the disposal arrangements for your load. We do not promise that every outdoor item can be composted or recycled; a plastic chair and a pile of leaves need different handling.

Garden waste collection questions.

Can you collect green waste from the backyard?

Yes. Tell us where the waste is and how the crew can reach it, including side gates, steps, narrow paths and the distance to the truck. You do not need to move heavy items to the kerb.

Can garden waste and outdoor furniture go in one collection?

Yes, suitable outdoor furniture and other rubbish can be assessed with your garden waste. Show the different materials separately so the quote covers the whole load.

Do you remove soil, concrete or large tree stumps?

Soil, concrete, bricks, stone and very heavy landscaping material are outside this service. Describe large logs, stumps and root balls before booking so the team can confirm whether the proposed load is suitable.

Do you cut down trees or prune the garden?

Tree cutting, pruning, stump grinding and landscaping are not included in a standard rubbish collection. We collect suitable waste after the gardening work has been completed.
